I’m a critical thinker, a writer, a doodler and the creator of reflectife.com.

reflectife.com is a website that is dedicated to self-improvement and continuous education, by learning through reflection. I believe that reflection and review are key tools that can be used to guide and inform actions that lead to positive growth. I may not be an expert, but I have some knowledge to share.

My writing incorporates personal reflection, the studies and experiences of others, as well as commentary on social and cultural occurrences. I seek out insights from all aspects of life in aims of learning from the past to help better navigate the future.

I don’t have all the answers and I’m always learning and growing, but I’d like to share what I’ve discovered so far. The work you’ll find here reflects the way that I process the world and helps me make sense of the day to day. Hopefully, you’ll find it useful too.
